This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for donations may be issued. Please note that donations are typically non-refundable, as they are considered gifts to support our programs and initiatives. However, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant a refund request.
 

1. General Policy on Donations

All donations made to F.A.V.E. Organization are considered voluntary contributions to support our programs, services, and initiatives. As per IRS rules, donations are generally non-refundable, and donors are not entitled to receive goods or services in exchange for their contribution (unless explicitly stated).

If you believe an error has been made in the transaction or the donation needs to be adjusted, please contact us promptly for assistance.
 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds on donations may be issued only if one of the following conditions applies:

  • The donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate donation or incorrect amount).

  • The donor’s payment information was used fraudulently or without authorization.

  • A technical issue on our Site resulted in an incorrect transaction.

We may request additional documentation or proof to process refund requests in the above scenarios.
 

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date. Requests made after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but may not be eligible for a refund.

Certain donations are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Donations already utilized in our programs or initiatives.

  • Donations made via cash or check directly to our organization (unless an error is confirmed).
     

5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

Donors who set up recurring (monthly or annual) donations may cancel future contributions at any time. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting us directly at FAVEORGANIZATION2022@GMAIL.COM or managing the recurring donation settings (if applicable) on our Site.
Note: Donations processed before the cancellation request will not be refunded.
